A simply ingenious method for international travel

After FAIRTIQ’s successful launch in Switzerland and Austria, newer and bigger markets are beginning to open up. In the not-too-distant future, FAIRTIQ will make public transport easy internationally.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein

With FAIRTIQ, you can travel throughout the entire GA route network (Switzerland and Liechtenstein). FAIRTIQ computes for you the best available fare for your journey. Travel for example by train with SBB between Zurich and Bern, by postbus to Verbier, by bus in St. Gallen, by tram in Geneva, or a combination of everything!

Vorarlberg - Austria

With FAIRTIQ you can travel easily in the Austrian Voralberg region. Use the FAIRTIQ vmobil app to travel on all the VVV network's buses and trains at the best available rate.

Linz - Austria

The FAIRTIQ app is currently valid in the central travel zone of Linz, including the city’s Pöstlingbergbahn [cable car network]. Only the regional bus network and the tram network run by the Upper Austrian Transport Authority are not covered.

Göttingen - Germany

Thanks to FAIRTIQ, passengers can now also use public transport in Göttingen in the simplest way possible. The price is calculated according to the GÖVB beeline tariff. Therefore, it is not based on the actual distance travelled, but only on the linear distance between the boarding and ending stops.

Halle - Germany

Thanks to FAIRTIQ, getting around Halle is now easier than ever. With just one swipe on their mobile device, public transport users can travel, hassle-free, across the city’s entire 210 fare zone. Great news for one of East Germany’s main business and transport hubs. More details on the Halle area of validity.
