What do we assess during our technical interview process?
  • First and foremost we value cultural fit. We are a growing company and want to ensure our culture grows with us. This means hiring the right people. During the interview process, we want to see what you’re passionate about, what you think about our product and what excites you about our technology, mission and vision.
  • You need great minds to create a great product that's ready to change the world. Our interviews are an opportunity for you to showcase your algorithmic knowledge, familiarity with your chosen programming language, and general approach to solving software- or data-related problems.
  • We want to see what you know: it’s not about getting to the correct solution or having the right answer. What we care about the most is how you engage with the problem, communicate with your interviewer and think through your solution.
