How does the referral program work?

Share your personal FAIRTIQ code and earn up to CHF/€ 3 when friends complete their first trip with FAIRTIQ.

  1. Open the FAIRTIQ app

  2. Go to Rewards > Recommend FAIRTIQ

  3. Share your personal promo code with friends who don't use FAIRTIQ yet

How much is the reward?

New users will receive up to CHF/€3. You will also receive CHF/€3 as soon as your friend completes their first journey with FAIRTIQ.

Where is the referral program available?

Please note that this feature is not available in all regions. Check whether it’s available in your region under Rewards.

Who can participate?

You can invite as many friends as you like, as long as they're new to FAIRTIQ and haven't completed a journey with the app before.

You'll receive up to CHF/€3 for each successful referral. For example, invite 10 eligible friends and earn up to CHF/€30.
