The FAIRTIQ employee mobility budget enables organisations to provide public transport as an employee benefit. Employers define a mobility budget, and employees travel using the FAIRTIQ app. Journey costs are automatically deducted from the available budget based on actual travel.

How do employees access their mobility budget?

Employees activate their mobility budget in the FAIRTIQ app using a personal activation code. Once activated, eligible journeys are automatically deducted from the available budget, and employees can view their remaining balance directly in the app.

What happens when an employee has used their entire budget?

Once the company-funded budget is exhausted, employees can continue travelling with the FAIRTIQ app using their own payment method. There's no need to switch apps or purchase a separate ticket.
