FAIRTIQ Bonus is a monthly discount programme.

The more you travel with FAIRTIQ in participating bonus regions, the higher your discount becomes during that month. Your discount is based on the amount of CHF you spend.

• 5% from CHF 10
• 10% from CHF 50
• 20% from CHF 100

Once you reach a level, your next journeys in that stage receive the discount. Your progress resets at the beginning of each calendar month.

No. Participation in FAIRTIQ Bonus is automatic and free.

If you travel in a participating bonus region, your journeys will automatically count towards your monthly Bonus.

As you travel during the month, your total spend in bonus regions increases. When you reach a level, that discount applies to your next eligible journeys for the rest of the month.

Example:

• After reaching CHF 10, your next journeys in this stage receive 5% discount.
• After reaching CHF 50, your next journeys in this stage receive 10% discount.
• After reaching CHF 100, your next journeys receive 20% discount until the end of the month.

The discounts do not stack. Only the current stage discount applies. Your Bonus resets at the beginning of each calendar month.

• Trips must start and end within the same bonus region to count towards your Bonus.
• Interregional trips do not count.
• Your unlocked Bonus applies to journeys that start and end within any participating bonus region.

Bonus thresholds are calculated after the discount is applied.

Example: If a CHF 10 trip receives a 10% bonus, CHF 9 counts towards your progress to the next level.

Only eligible journeys count towards your Bonus.

Journeys must:

• Start and end within the same participating bonus region
• Be completed using FAIRTIQ

Journeys between regions or outside bonus regions do not count.

Once you reach a level, your next journeys in that stage receive the discount.

All discounts are automatically deducted from your invoice.

You can find participating bonus regions at the bottom of the “My progress” tab in the app.
