Technology start-ups from around the world were able to compete to take part of the Billion Journey Project. A four-month transport innovation accelerator program in London. Luckily, we did not miss our chance!

Our courage and effort were more than rewarded. We were selected for the final round and awarded the "Cohort Award" for the most promising product on the Demo Day in London on January 23rd, 2019. A success across all fronts!

UK we are coming to you

Participation in the Billion Journey Project enables FAIRTIQ to enter the Great Britain market - one of the most important transport markets in Europe. The British Go-ahead group, which is the organizer of the Billion Journey Project, announced that FAIRTIQ is among the eight companies they want to work with. We are very happy about that! In addition, this confirms that FAIRTIQ fulfills real users’ needs and that national borders do not represent technological barriers for us.

FAIRTIQ is currently available in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Vorarlberg. In addition, successful pilots are running in some parts of Germany.

And we are convinced that soon no one in the UK will have to deal with complicated public transport tickets because FAIRTIQ is so easy.
